How to access your Licenses from within the Sighthound Video app


There are 2 different places where you can login to check on your account.

The first one is on the website, but that doesn't get your license activated.

You will need to login to your  account from within the app.

So, let's get that to happen for you, I'll include pictures of me going through this as well.


First of all, this will all happen in the app, none of this uses a browser and our website.


Start the app, and go the the "License Information" page.
Selecting menu option "Help => Show License Information"

Mine looks like this, but yours may not have any serial number or licenses in your list.




Do you see that dog icon that I have circled?
That's the Sighthound logo, and I want you to right-click on it.
Select "Disconnect my account" when it turns blue:



You should now see the "Account Disconnect" pop up:



Click the "Yes" button.

The next thing that happens for me is, I get a "Sign In" window.

If you don't get this "Sign In" window, Quit the app and then reopen it.
This window should appear the next time the app opens.



Enter your account email address and password here.
Then press the "Sign In" button, which has turned blue.

After this, you should see your licenses in the "License Information" window.
