How does a DNNCam or DNNNode connect to a traffic signal controller?

The DNNCam and DNNNode communicate using NTCIP protocol directly to a traffic controller. The controller can then take the API data and run it through their algorithms.

 

The physical output of our devices is a Class D or better Ethernet cable (Cat 5e+) powered by PoE+ and this must be connected to the same network switch as the traffic controller.
