Saved Searches allows quicker access to queries of interest. After initially performing a query one can choose to “Save” the query. When a query is saved one can configure how to be alerted each time this saved searched is triggered by a new source, currently, alert options include:
- Show alert in my browser
- Send to webhook
- Connect to Zapier
The “Saved Searches” page will list all the saved queries. Saved searches can be edited by clicking the pencil icon or deleted by clicking the trash icon.
Saved Lists permits users to query the database amongst a list of license plate strings from an imported source or a user-defined list. The saved list can be imported (Other file types to be determined) CSV files, or a user-defined list where each license plate is on a newline. A list search allows users to retrieve license plate queries faster.
To add Saved Lists, click on the “+” icon that appears to the right of the “Saved Lists” label. Once clicked, a new dialog will appear that requires users to define the “List Name” and import a file or define a list in the text box. Optional fields include the “Description” box and the “Create browser alert from this list,” and “Send alert to Webhook” checkboxes. Once done, configuring the list rule, click “Save.” The new saved list will be added.
To perform the query on the list, click on the “magnifying glass” icon. To edit a saved list, click the “pencil” icon, perform any updates, and then click “Update.” To remove a list, click on the “trash” icon, then confirm the deletion by clicking the “checkmark.”
